Nick set up the Nick Nairn Cook School in April 2000 with one very simple aim: to get more people cooking by giving people the skills necessary to be able to turn great raw ingredients into great food.

Today, 20 years on, we’re much more than just an award winning Cook School offering the very best in tuition, produce, facilities and location. The Cook School has transformed into a foodie utopia, hosting unique dining experiences, foodie festivals, events, gourmet pizza pop-ups, weddings, concerts and more.

Nick continues to put his heart, soul and over 4 decades of TV expertise into every class and every event, creating entertaining, en- lightening cooking and dining experiences that cater for every level and every taste. Whatever cooking or dining experience you choose, we know you’ll be glad you spent the time with us.

We’re incredibly proud to be the only cook school in the UK where you can cook up close and personal with Nick and some of the finest A-list celebrity chefs in the country. To celebrate 20 years of the Cook School, Nick’s inviting some very special chums to put on 20 unmissable cooking and dining experiences throughout 2020.

This is your chance to enjoy or give the gift of a cooking experience with Nick and James Martin, Jean Christophe Novelli, Phil Vickery, Atul Kochhar, Tony Singh, the original Cook School trio of Nick, John and Alan or a fun-filled Landward class with the inimitable Dougie Vipond and more.
