Travel to the warm climes of North Africa with our gently spiced Moroccan menu.
Our chefs will assist you all day. You'll start by making a herby charmoula marinade and dressing for your tiger prawn tails - and learn how to butterfly them and griddle them to perfection, then create a picture-perfect pretty salad. The salad is a Fattoush - which includes crispy pieces of flatbread - a Moroccan-style crouton.
For the main course, it's a rich lamb tagine, using Scottish ingredients to create a Moroccan classic, with the sweetness of dried fruit combined with succulent lamb. This is accompanied by sweet roasted-veg couscous.
Finally, it's Nick's perfect pudding cake, orange and almond with orange syrup drizzled over. Utterly delicious - dark and tempting on the outside, and light and fruity on the inside.
